Below is a summary of the exterior paint colors and color combinations permitted for townhouses in Spring Breeze. NOTE: Any changes from the original color or the most recently approved color by the KCCA RAC will require homeowners to submit a RAC exterior alteration application. The only time a RAC application is not required is if there is no change to the most recently approved (by the RAC) color or to the original color of an exterior element of your unit.

However, it is the homeowners' responsibility to determine what these colors are if you plan to repaint any exterior elements of your unit. The SBCA strongly encourages homeowners to contact the KCCA to determine if a RAC application has ever been submitted and/or approved for your unit. Please pay close attention to the approved list of exterior colors found in this document. Many homes in Spring Breeze have not had color changes in the 30 + years since original construction, and because of this, owners needs to be particularly careful to ensure current color names do in fact match the original paint colors. The tables below show color combinations for various parts of the house exterior. Select a given row, and the colors across that row correspond to the part of the house listed at the top of each column. The color names listed are the original McCormick colors that were used to paint our homes.  The color identifcation number has been provided for the McCormick (M) and/or Duron (D) where available.  When in doubt, always reference the color identifcation number when purchasing at the local retail paint store(s). 

The following colors have been approved as additional color combinations. Again, select a given row, and the colors across that row correspond to the part of the house listed at the top of each column. These are the old DURON brand paint colors. The color identifcation number has been provided for the McCormick (M) and/or Duron (D) where available.  When in doubt, always reference the color identifcation number when purchasing at the local retail paint store(s).
